In April 2018, 4J purchased its first crude oil terminal located near Andrews, Texas. Since then, we have continued to grow our crude oil first purchase business to more than 30,000 barrels of crude oil per day across ten different states.

Crude Oil Transportation
Our wholly owned transportation subsidiary, GulfMex Energy Services, LLC, operates a fleet of approximately 25 trucks and trailers that gather crude oil and condensate in TX, NM, OK, and LA. GulfMex also operates several company owned crude oil and propane terminals.

Crude Oil Terminal Services
4J purchased the idle Magellan Gibson Terminal in 2023 and renamed it the Louisiana Gulf Oil Terminal (LGOT, LP), since then 4J has become one of the largest suppliers of crude oil on the Ship Shoal pipeline. The LGOT barge dock can accommodate barges with cargos up to 55,000 barrels, and has 143,000 barrels of storage.
