4J quickly established itself as a 'first mover' of propane to Mexico when the markets liberalized in early 2016..
Since February 2016, 4J has delivered approximately 28 million gallons of propane to Mexico via rail.
4J is projected to deliver over 1,000 railcars of propane to Mexico within its first year of operations.
With terminals in 3 locations (Brownsville, Queretaro, and Monterrey) and additional sites under development (San Luis Potosi), 4J is well positioned for the future.

San Luis Potosi
4J's partner, Watco Companies, LLC, has reached an agreement to build and operate a multi commodity terminal in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. (Watco Press Release)
The terminal will include 300,000 bbls of storage tank capacity, unit train unloading tracks, and truck loading spots sufficient to truck 70,000 bpd. The anticipated in-service date for the terminal will be April 2017.
4J is actively seeking new customers to purchase LPG or refined products supply at San Luis Potosi.
