4J quickly established itself as a 'first mover' of propane to Mexico when the markets liberalized in early 2016.
  • Since February 2016, 4J has delivered approximately 100 million gallons of propane to Mexico via rail.
  • 4J has delivered over 1,000 rail cars of propane annually to Mexico for the past three years
  • ​4J has delivered to 10 terminals in Mexico and sold propane to over 15 customers.

San Luis Potosi
4J's partner, Watco Companies, LLC, has reached an agreement to build and operate a multi commodity terminal in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. (Watco Press Release)
  • The terminal will include 300,000 bbls of storage tank capacity, unit train unloading tracks, and truck loading spots sufficient to truck 70,000 bpd.  The anticipated in-service date for the terminal will be April 2017.
  • 4J is actively seeking new customers to purchase LPG or refined products supply at San Luis Potosi.
